How To Succeed Or Fail Marketing On Line
60Where Are You?
People are looking for solutions to their financial woes all the time, and the internet has provided some pretty solid solutions. Unfortunately, 98% of these individuals fail in their endeavors. So if there are 500 million people trying to create an additional cash flow, only about 10 million will manage to make money on line. If 10 million people are making money on line, then obviously means the potential is there.<?br>
Why are so many people failing to achieve any success? I want to really delve into many of these reasons, this way maybe I can help mend some of these problems.

1)People from all walks of life are being recruited into one system or another. The truth is, once they are recruited they never hear from their sponsor. Unfortunately, many of these sponsors receive commissions from their recruits buying into their system. Maybe one recruit out of fifty actually has some sales experience, so they may be able to figure things out on their own. That's a BIG maybe. Then these recruits file complaints with the headquarters. Once again, the headquarters know this is happening. They are still receiving their money, so the little people don't figure into their equasion.
All that hard work and money spent to promote their business and/or services is wasted, because their recruits were never trained properly and just don't have the know-how or experience with sales or marketing.

2)To advertise or promote a product or service can be costly. In fact, it can be so expensive that many people just cannot afford to spend the money they need to to succeed.

3)There are so many scams on the internet today that many people aren't aware of, until it's too late. If people don't have any experience with research, they are destined to fail.

4)Many people fall for affiliate programs. Unfortunately, most of these companies will never turn people away. Why should they, they are making money off all these "affiliates". Affiliate marketing is great advertising for companies, that's all. Unless, the affiliates get in early, they struggle to make ends meet.

*This happens in the real world too. Certain corporations mass hire people hoping to receive money from their recruits "warm market," i.e. family and friends.

5)Another trap people fall into is "spamming." They know they need to get their message to as many people as they can, only to end up losing their internet access as a result of their spam methods. Once again, I blame this entirely on the lack of training and understanding of internet marketing.

6)Most people just don't have the required skills to make a living on line. They expect to make quick and easy money. It takes a lot to make money on line, but they are severely lacking in certain skills.

7)Many people give up after their first month, because they are not making the money they expected. Therefore, a false sense of grandeur is a leading contributor to many failures on line.

8)With all the competition on line, most people fail to meet up to the challenge. It's easy to give up and fade away!

9)Greed is another huge factor in failures on line. Everyone is out for themselves, which is why many fail.

10)Finally, people are severely lacking in confidence. If you fail to believe then you fail to receive, simple as that.

So let's take these 10 failures mentioned above and turn them into successes.

1)To succeed on line, you need to find a company willing to take the time to train you appropriately. When you join a program, your sponsor should contact you immediately to answer any questions you may have. Once you have established contact with your sponsor, he or she should introduce you to other members of the team. Their experiences and insights are invaluable assets to you. They will keep you motivated and help you attain certain goals, plus they will provide you with realistic expectations. All are priceless tools for your success!

2)There are several ways to inexpensively promote yourself on line. Free classifieds, banners, web pages, social networking sites, traffic exchanges, PPC, and blogs are extremely effective in gaining exposure for yourself. Don't ever forget to research these sites, before you put any money into it.

3)Once again, research every opportunity you come across. Don't ever sign up just because it sounds great. Often times, if it sounds too good to be true...it is!

4)If companies recommend talking to your friends and families first, that should be a huge warning light for you. With "warm marketing," you have to remember when your friends and family see you succeeding then they will approach you about your product or service.

5)In order to email anyone on line, they have to approach you or have to sign up to receive information from you. Any other tactic is considered spamming.

*If you are marketing on line, spam is a welcome opportunity for you to cash in on. You can contact them to request more information about their opportunity, then let them know about your product or service and how it would benefit them. Remember, they are marketing on line too. If you can either make or save them money then they would be interested in doing business with you.

6)When you are looking to make money on line, you need to determine if you are right for that opportunity. For example, maybe you don't have great people skills, then you are not going to want to get involved in anything where you have to contact people over the phone or in person. Maybe you aren't the most grammatically correct type of person, then you don't want to do anything involving email, blogging, or writing reviews on line. If you are a negative person, by nature, then you should definitely reconsider marketing on line. If you absolutely want to give it a try and you are negative, then you should try to surround yourself with anyone or anything that makes you feel good and positive. That's your only chance of success as a negative person.

7)No matter how difficult things are, never give up. Remember, everyone is different, it could take you a little longer than someone else. If you dedicate yourself to succeeding on line, your perseverence will pay off.

8)You have to separate yourself from the rest of the pack. Don't worry about how well someone else is doing; focus on getting your job done and all will be well. You may just have to put in longer hours to accomplish your goal.

9)Don't be greedy. There is so much money to make on line that there really is no need for greed. I don't care what anyone says; if you are capable of working as a team player then you are capable of making yourself and your recruits a fortune. A happy successful recruit is only going to make you more money and they will have learned from you. Therefore they will sponsor happy successful recruits for themselves and you, as well.

*Networking is the greatest form of achievement you will ever receive. Maybe you have a problem someday, but you remember someone that you are in contact with that can help you alleviate that problem. Maybe you meet someone that creates the next big thing, they won't forget how you helped them.

10)Never sign up for something you don't fully understand or trust. You have to fully believe and understand your product in order to succeed on line. If you know your product like the back of your hand, then you will come off sounding like a consultant rather than a salesman or woman. You won't have to worry about sales, because you are so knowledgable about your product or service that sales will become second nature. If you don't believe...you won't receive!!!
