We all lie, unfortunately it is a part of being human. However, most people are not chronic liars, people  who seem to lie for no reason. Most people would agree that lying is wrong, especially we we are the ones being lied too, and we would even go as far as to say, that we think is is wrong when we lie, a little. I am reminded of a song by B.B. King - "Everybody Lies A Little Sometimes".

The song contains a verse that says

     "everybody says that lying is wrong, it's alright with me if it saves your life or your home"

And that sums it up for most people, we accept lying if is to protect or create some greater good, in most cases, this generally backfires. If nothing else it tends to wear on our conscience and or erode our resistance to lying. We live in a world of precedence, history, pays a big part of what we say and do, how we think and act. If we began to accept lying a way of getting what we want, we are more incline to lying again. Thankfully most of us try to avoid lying.

Some people, for whatever reason, become habitual liars. The lie so much that little they say can be taken seriously. But life is cool in that the people often give themselves away. So here my list the some liars I know commonly use to warn you of their addiction.

• I know for a fact
• It's the God's honest truth
• If I'm lyin - I'm flyin
• Trust me
• I wouldn't like to you
• I wouldn't lie about a thing like that..(you mind should immediately ask, What would you lie about?)
• I swear
• Cross my heart and hope to die

I think you get the idea. The good think about is these tell tale sign become pretty obvious over time, we just have to be strong enough to take what these people say with a grain of salt. Remember, these people became liars, because on some level their seem to work for them. So beware
