You may need to leave the tech stuff alone and let someone break the news to your beloved-a person of stature in her eyes may do and the following may do the job:

1. Ask your doctor to inform your partner
2. Ask you clergy if you have one
3. Ask your parents and/or hers to break the news-if it's possible.
4. Make a Video apologizing for transmitting the disease

An Sexually Transmitted Disease is not a joke and is not your friend; if you transmitted it to your friend it's your duty to let it be known so that that person can be treated. We should all try to practice Safe Sex and be monogomous as this will limit the spread of STDs
