51Like I mentioned before when it comes to network marketing the secret to staying longer in business is to start making money right from the beginning.
In order for this to happen the system needs to be duplicable so that everyone in your downline can plug into the same system as you are and duplicate the same exact results as you.
Based on my experienced, even if you have the perfect system that duplicate not everyone in your downline are going to achieve the same results as you.
Different people have different mentality and do things differently. Everyone has different limitation and approach the same business at a different angle. Everyone has a different like and dislike and tend to approach their business at a level they are comfortable with.
This is the reason why people are not duplicable. System never fails, but people do.
As a network marketer this is something we should not worry about because we have no control over how other people run their business and we cannot run the business for them.
Instead focus on generating more new leads and convert those leads into new paying member. The reason for this is if you are making money now on the front end you are more likely to stay longer in the business. With the profit that you make from the front end you can put it back into your business to generate more leads and paying members.
If you just follow this simple step and repeat the process over and over you will generate hot prospects that are exclusive only to you and you will make sale.
Basically you need a system that trains all your downline on autopilot. The system should do all the training so that your downline can do exactly what it is that you do to great achieve results. Each individual in your downline will be responsible for his or her action to implement what they were taught in order to achieve your kind of success. There is nothing you can really do from here on besides guiding them the correct path to success.

Crisstar, you are absolutely right about the fact that some people have problem learning how to market effectively on the internet. The reason for this is they were not trained properly to begin with. Your downline needs to be trained exaclty what works and what doesn't so that way they know exaclty what to focus on that would achieve the most results. The system that I am referring to, this is all taken care of on the back end training each and everyone effectively and completely all on autopilot.

Systems that work are a great way to help your downline duplicate because it takes the guess work out of it...in terms of the lead capture page, and sales pages are all proven to convert and all your downline has to do is just market the system.
The problem some people face is learning how to market on the Internet effectively.
