Even though it sounds geek, it stands for something simple. In laymean's terms, it just means you take your content, package in into a list, and distribute it across the web.

I don't see a lot of bloggers taking full advantage of internal links. Internal linking is very important and counts when the search engines rank your site. Also, when you publish your RSS feed, those internal links transform into external links pointing to your blog. I try to place one relevant helpful link in each blog post.
