How Too Save More Money
53Unnecessary necessities
Okay so you know those everyday pleasures that you think you HAVE too have but in fact really don't need and could be saving major buck without? Like for example, energy drinks. One thing that boggles my brain is seeing all these kids and young adults now a days drinking red-bull and amp energy drinks, just to go down to the skate park for a couple hours. Makes no sense too me?? Why pay four dollars a pop for something that's eventually going to make you feel worse then what you were feeling before you opened the darn thing?! Same thing with all of these people that stop for their morning cafe latte at mc.donalds or Starbucks or whatever your pleasure every morning before work. I know I know, most of you folks out their don't have any extra time in the morning to get up and make coffee while getting ready n such. What a load of crap! I bet it takes a whole 15 minutes too make a cup of Joe, and only 2 minutes of that requires you too actually do something. (putting water in the coffee maker) So the first way to save money in your normal everyday life is too stop forking up money for your 12 year olds too drink energy drinks and go out in buy yourself a coffee maker. If this rule even applies to you.
Fast food....aah..one of this country's most guiltiest pleasures I wander how many people eat out or order in everyday? Don't get me wrong I love my occasional MC.donalds Value meals from time to time, but just because your on the run or have no food at home doesn't mean you need it. Go take the time to cook some wholesome home cooked meals, or buy some groceries. And i know what some of those out there are probably thinking " Well I spend 100 plus every time i go grocery shopping". Well you don't need to be going out to eat then if you're spending that much money on groceries you should have plenty of food at home too eat! Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with going out to eat every once in awhile too a nice restaurant for an anniversary, birthday, promotion, etc. just don't make it into an everyday routine.
Clothes! I absolutely loooooove me some new clothes, but like many other things this can become an expensive habit as well. Try hitting up yard sales every now and then you'd be surprised what you can find sometimes. Especially for your little ones considering how fast they grown out of things anyways.
Energy Bills. One bad habit that many of us have developed is leaving lights on in rooms that we are not in. You may not think this is such a big deal until it turns into an everyday thing and your electric bill is 100 dollars higher then what it should be. So try to remember to turn off those lights, and stop falling asleep with the TV on America!
In conclusion, we have become adapted too certain luxuries that we may not need that could be saving us quite a few pretty pennies.
