The best way maybe to use a shopping cart system. I use Vstore which is very easy to use and setup.

You can add products very easily and accept payment via Paypal

You can also use Appee Shops or maybe Ecrater. These are all free to setup and require no html knowledge.

If you want to get a little mored into designing there are free shops such as Wosbee and Shopify.

It all depends on hat you want to do and what is suitable for you. You may have a lot of products and require datafeed upload.

I definitely reccommend you to promote your products on Google Base once you have setup an online sotre.

There's also ebay and classifieds.
