How can writing about your emotional wounds heal the pain?

When you’ve gone through some emotional pain the best thing you can do is to talk about it or in other words get it out of your being. However, you can’t always rely on someone you can trust. So I’d suggest writing about it instead. It can help you out just as much if not more.

Writing is an outlet for those who can’t necessarily go to someone in person. It’s free too. Besides the cost of paper. Other than that it is pretty cheap.

Writing allows you to bring out your deepest thoughts because you don’t have to worry about what any other person may think about it. Only you have access to it. This gives you the option to go back to it and revisit the tough times of your past and see how you can possibly move on and head towards the future,

Writing brings everything together in one piece of coherent reading. When your in your mind being tormented by your own thoughts they can often be too muffled up by scrambling hurts and opinionated guesses based upon nothing but guilt and sorrow. When you write them down they become instantly understandable so that way you can figure out what’s really going on inside of your head.

You don’t have to be a perfect spelller either. Notice how I spelt “Speller” wrong on purpose. When you write your hurts down don’t worry about grammar or spelling. It will end up blocking the part of your brain that works on your feelings. It’s scientifically proven so I’m told. Either way, I find out that it seems to be true every time for me.

Writing is the best way for you to heal your hurts, whether you believe it or not. If you’d like more help on this let me know in the comments. I’d be glad to help you out. I’m sorry if this didn’t help much.

Thanks for reading.
