when do you ovulate?

first understand the cycle

  • ascertain whether your cycle is 28 days or 30 days or 32 days
  • ascertain whether you have two periods
  • ascertain whether you have a flow of three days or five days or one day
  • ascertain whether you have irregular periods or over or under flow and periods

second chart your cycle

if it is 28 day cycle then you got to shade off the flow region in between the cessation of flow to restart of flow see how many days you have

the ovulation may be more or less in the middle

thirdly understand symptoms and signs of ovulation

  1. menstruation may give you blues

it will feel softer like the lobe of your ear or your lips

cervix position

  • will rise higher as ovulation approaches.
  • its tip is more open on your fertile days.

Detecting Ovulation

  • observing increasingly stretchy and "egg white" cervical fluid
  • observing a high, soft and open cervix
  • ovulation prediction kits (OPKs)
  • measuring the presence of estrogen or luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine.
