This is a hard one for me since my children's grandparents aren't around. But i got other people doing the same thing to me and it just ticks me off. I think that they need to understand that you are the parent and what you say goes, i understand that they are just trying to help and or just being there because they are the grandparents, but grandparent doesn't mean parent. They need to let you do the parenting and just stick to the spoiling, even if you are living with them, it doesn't mean that they have to jump right in and take over. They might be stuck in their ways but it's 2009 and parents need to take care of their own children and let the grandparents off the hook, grandparents are so used to having to raise their kid's kid's but that's not the way it is, nor the way that it should be. I would tell them to nicely mind their own business and let you raise your children.
