How does one use the RSS capsule? What;s the purpose of it? Does it increase traffic? Thanks in advance.

RSS is designed to allow people to know when you have updated your blogs or posted a new blog. When people want to follow you on a regular basis, this is what allows for them to see this without having to come back and forth to do this.

Also, there are feed sites out there that allow for you to load your feed in there and they will ping your site on a regular basis looking for updates. You can also use the fed to load your blog into other directories. I have written and extensive blog on another website. I would recommend reading that as it breaks it down for you.
