Well i have been in the Carpet cleaning business scince1997 and have dealt with many flea issue`s. before any cleaning is done ,first have your pets treated..ask your local vet for best treatments...next Flea bomb your house...wait a few days and if problem persests repeat and once they are gone then and only then have your carpets Deep cleaned with steam, dry cleaning will not work and also make sure the company uses a truck mounted steam cleaning system and a rotary extraction tool ( known as RX20) very powerful tool and that should pretty much take care of the problem..a carpet wand will work, but the RX is the RollsRoyce of carpet cleaning.
