How often should you wash-cut-or perm your hair This is a delicate one--I have to think long and hard,who you ask will determine the answer you get, i know rastas -aka-dread locks that never cut their hair from they were babies,they are now in their 50s and 60s,they are not going to cut their hair any time soon. I wash my hair everytime i take a shower,some people wash their hair after they take their braids out--others don't wash their hair if they have a cold--others say if they have a cold and wash their hair it get rid of the cold. Perm is another mystery some people say if they wash their hair before or after they perm it their hair get all brittle and thin,so everyone have a different experience--one size does not fit all. Taking a shower or bath also is different for everyone--if you live in a developed country where water is redily avaliable in the house or close by--it is normal to assume everyone take a shower at least once or twice a day--most people take a shower once a day,but in countries where water is limited,yes there are places in the world where water is far away and people have to make long journeys to get water--how often they shower your guess is as good as mine.
