How to make a Hub that will monetize for you. First of all, you can not make a Hub nor should you try to make one. A Hub is created following the guidelines of the HubPage staff Help Module. The creation of a Hub means that the author must select a subject that has everyday relevance to everyday life. When an author create a Hub, the most important aspect of it is that it be an original. Original means one of a kind and one of a kind means very special.
So how do you create a Hub that will monetize? The purpose of the Hub is to inform, educate or persuade.Your creation must inform, educate or persuade to get the online customer to read and hopefully will be drawn to click on Google Ads.
Google Ads is the solution you need to create a Hub that will make money. You must create also a Google Account so that you can create a Google Adsense Account. Also the Affiliiate Settings of eBay and Amazon is a money making tool. Use the content capsules to add these modules to your article. Erick has a good point. When you do decide on a topic to write about, make sure it is well written, grammatically correct, and has no typos or spelling errors. The quickest way to make the reader leave the page and not click on any of the ads placed by Google AdSense is to post error-riddled copy.
Thanks for your insights we all try our best and are willing to learn and do better, great advice.
Erik Smart, topic are important and it is best to select the "evergreen" topic that will continue to attract readers for the long term. Thank you for your comment.
JanieWrites, thank you for your comment. Error-ridden articles are a turnoff and I found a few in this hubpage articles and made the corrections.
Hawkesdream, thank you for your comment. I appreciate advice from other hubbers as well.
I found your explanation of Adsense a little confusing. You can't make any adjustments to the shape and size of the Adsense ads on HubPages. All you can do is ensure maximum distribution, by breaking up your text into several text capsules.
There is the option to choose the size and shape of your ads on Google Adsense, but that only applies if you are placing them on your own blog or website.
Marisa, thank you for your comment. Other hubbers should read about breaking up the text for the distribution of more Google Ads as I will add the information your provided later. Another hubber indicated that photos should be left off of the top of the article for optimization of the Google Ads.
I own www.merchandisingselections.blogspot.com and welcome visitors.

Some authors go with topics that are the latest rage (though they know they will be gone next week). While others go with tried and true subject matter they know people want to read. Both strategies will work if the content is well written and people want to read it. Otherwise you will not get anywhere with poorly done copy.
