There are many ways to beat depression.I will discuss the top 3 ways of beating depression without much effort on your side.


1.Good Sleep

The most common cause of having depression is the lack of sleep.If you sleep for 8 to 10 hours without disturbance, you will not get depressed mood.If you are not getting sleep naturally, you can consult a neuro consultant and get some medications for having good sleep.Don't loose the sleeping hours for the sake of working on your business or job.


2.Postive Mental Feedback

You have to keep your mood positive in many ways like keeping a good company who can support your positively.If you are marrying, you have to choose a right partner who can keep your moods in a postive manner, not a fighter cock who can increase your depression.Listening to music, having a spritual guru and listening to his lectures, reading books and the list goes on.Do whatever you want to keep your mood up.


3.Exercise

If you are a fitness junkie, you never has to worry about depression.If you are not comfortable in doing regular exercise, you can atleast walk for a certain distance every day.This is the best way of physically keeping your depressed mood miles away from you.You can eat good meals.Never skip your meals.So if you practice all the above three things properly, you can beat your depression without the need for strong medications and treatment.

Well for starters, I use to suffer deep seated depression, and I don't any more. And I can, sleep 2 to 10 hrs a night and it doesn't effect my mood.

Second, I think keeping positive company is good, but it won't cure your depression, only being happy with yourself will.

Third I hate to exercise, tried it, it only added to my depression when I had it. But non the less this was a good attempt at trying to help those with depression. Dee
