I became interested in the subject of Immortality many years ago, and tried to read anything I could on the subject. It was hard to find anything definitive on the subject so I decided to write a book on Immortality myself.
One of the most fascinating things I found out in my research was that there are numerous people recorded in history who have lived to over 150 years.
This was very unexpected because most government record keeping and the Guinness Book of world records only record people living up to about 123 years.
Records from the Bible also show a lot of people who lived to over 900 years old.
I even found other books and blogs which referred to a person living today who is 2800 years old, and a an Enlightened Immortal who is over 9000 years old.
My experiences and studies in Metaphysics, Meditation, and the Paranormal over forty years gave me a pretty good idea of how our minds and bodies work to keep us healthy.
It was also clear to me that through explaining to readers about spiritual practices, certain types of exercises, and supplements, that people could learn to live a very long time.
Therefore, I decided to write my book to provide some history of the subject, records of very long lived persons, and then tell the reader what they could do to extend their lives to become immortal themselves.
Another interesting thing I found in my researches were a couple of writers who made a very good case that our beliefs in a limited life also affect our ability to live over 100 years. That by removing our belief in “dying” we also promote our ability to continue long term health.
When a person lives a very long time they also become more prone to dying from accidents. Advice is also given on attitudes and abilities to avoid accidents to help you in the quest for immortality.
I honestly believe that we can all live to ages much longer than anyone considers possible. I’m now practicing what I teach and will look forward to a reunion with others who do the same in the year 2100 A.D.

if you want to understand immortality you must first understand life, birth, and death.
but if you live that long
won't your body age
see,My friends,first of al u all must agree tht we are more than body,we are built of soul and body,u know we died but our soul never, if we get hurt it's not really we are getting hurt,we are just beyound pain already,if u see ur entire universe life, u will see hw many times u were child,husband,rich,begger,ever grandfather before u die and live,so my friend the life and end itself a journey!!it will continue till u really agree nd achieve ur original face which is not male or female,rich or poor,good looking or bad looking!so just stop crying I DIDN'T WANT TO DIE AND SOLUTIONS FOR IMMORTILITY,ND LIVE LIKE A BRAVE ONE,DO GOOD THINGS THAT U CAN MAKE,HELP OTHERS,ND FEEL HAPPY HAPPY TILL END!!
Hmmmm, I have yet to meet an immortal person. Email me when you pass 100 years.
someone can be 9000 years old right now because it is a.d (after death)your forgetting about b.c (before christ) time started over from zero when christ died but you still stayed the same age.
