There Are Many Answers to How to Become Thin
How to Become Thin is the universal question that has many answers worldwide. Weight loss is the number one best selling information of all times and it seems like the subject will never lose its interest or it audience. This is one strategy in a ton of answers to How to Become Thin.
One strategy to become thin is to change your mindset about food. You must look at every place around your house and see pictures of thin women who you hope to join in their thin world of good health and contentment. The placement of an old picture of a thin you at each corner of your mirror or at each corner of the refrigerator door will be an incentive to become thin again. Subscribe to magazines such as Self, All You, Shape and Fitness that have pictures of real people who have lost weight instead of pages of airbrushed models.
Do not look at TV shows that have overweight people as an interest, sorry Oprah. What is mirrored here is the essence of changing your mind about what you see so that you do not have the desire to overeat knowing that the over indulgence puts you further away from all of your role models. Write down your weight goal and then weigh yourself once a month. Reduce your calories and increase your physical activity. You know the drill. All you have to do is to find the time to do the exercise. Mornings before the day start is a good time to get up and start you exercise regiment.
Do not watch Richard Simmons if he is still on televison. Do not buy Richard Simmons old videos or new dvd's because you will be looking at obese people and will not be motivated to stick to you exercise and weight loss regiment. You have a choice of what you buy and why would you purchase people who are working hard but there seems to be no results. What you are doing is training yourself to only see thin people so that one day you will become a thin person. This is a secret that works. Do not keep going up a size. Buy elastic waist clothes if you have to, but make a pledge to yourself that you are not going to go up another size. Without any clothes to wear, you have no choice but to lose weight and become thin.
Remember that becoming thin is a slow process but your body is an excellent calculator. There is a best seller out that is about 200 calorie meals. What the author does is to use nonfat ingredients to make foods like cinnamon buns and chicken wings using Fiber One cereal and barbeque low fat chips. Duh. If you use low calorie ingredients, then the end product is going to be low calorie. When the makers of these foods say low fat, they mean low fat and that is why low fat foods are expensive. Low fat foods actually work and can keep your caloric intake to 1200 calorie a day. Again, you know the drill.
Every American has been on a weight loss program but just refuses to stick with the program because the process is slow. Then before you know it, there is a special event that makes you get off of your weight loss program and then you are back to day one. If you have a new mindset that your motivations is not food but is to become thin and healthy, you are likely to stick to your weight loss program. You have to learn to say no when you know that certain foods are not good for you. Even if you are not taking note of what you are consuming, your body is well aware of what is being consumed. A pound here or a pound there will be added according to what you are consuming.
Treat your body with care and think thin and you will become thin. Keep reminders about your goal all around you. You may have to turn off certain TV shows if you find yourself staring at huge backsides or huge arms of famous people who you know have the means to get the weight off. Think for yourself and stay on with your weight loss plan. It is alright to say no to events that has the main theme of food until you can get your weight loss act together. If you are not watching the calories and the physical activity, your body is busy adding on the pounds or subtracting pounds if you are active and taking good care of yourself.
There are many answers to how to become thin. But there is only one you and that is where you start on becoming thin. Begin with yourself and do not be distracted from your weight loss program. A good place to start is the online Weight Watchers programs where you have to sign in and pay a small fee to participate. Weight Watchers counts points instead of calories and you can eat more on that particular program. Be proactive, account for everything you eat and your physical activity so that you will be well on your way to becoming a thinner and healthier you.

Being thin is hard but not impossible... I am getting there slowly
Ultimate Hubber, thank you for your comment. I understand that How to Become Thin was shock full of good weight loss information. Didn't someone say that you can never be too thin or too rich? Just kidding. Thanks again for reading.
Brenda Scully, thank you for your comment. The key word to this whole thing of How to Become Thin is to have patience and realize the the process is slow. I am glad to hear that you are reaching your weight loss goals. Keep at it. You can do it because you know that the process is slow.
Nothing feels better after a long day or week of work or a hard workout than a good massage. Relax as the muscles are loosened, the toxins are released and the stress of life is out.
Relaxation Massage, Thank you for your comment.
Hey Linda, Really like your blog. Lot of simple but helpful information. As I was reading, I was wondering, if for myself, I could come up with another word other than thin which might not be so loaded for myself. The word that actually came to my mind right now is attractive and I know that is also a loaded word. I have a thing about words. They obviously create pictures in our mind. I think what works for me is FIT. I want my body to be fit which for me means, obviously, that my body will not have pockets of sterefoam (spelling) peanuts causing bulges and sags in places that were not mechanically designed to carry such excess weight. And unfortunately body fat is not as lightweight as sterefoam peanuts!! Anywho, you're wonderful blog triggered all that for me, and I thank you for that! I'm looking at (not trying) losing at least ten pounds to be thinner!

I also like the massage idea. Usually, after a massage, I am not so eager to fill up with "stuff"--caloric stuff!!

Vern, thank you for your comment. I like your take on using other words instead of thin, such as attractive and fit but then you ended your comment with the word "thinner." However you did give me the idea to write about how to become more attractive. I have touched on getting fit on my blog at eHow. Thanks again for your suggestions.
