Becoming a Video Game Tester is Easy

Game-testing jobs are just like any other ordinary jobs. They will appear cool and effortless if you have the right attitude. Meaning... if you are relaxed and at ease with your capabilities as a game tester, you will be ready to face any challenges in real situations -- just like you always do while playing a complicated character in your favorite video game. In the unreal world of games, you are brave and determined to win against all odds.

So if you are easily disgruntled or discouraged, your dream to become a video game tester would be nil.

A professional game tester must be undemanding yet accommodating to all the members of his testing team. He or she is very much at home in any difficult circumstance.

Video game testers are highly-paid career persons nowadays. They play games for their living but they are really serious on their jobs. The long hours of work are often full of pressure. Every project always has a deadline to meet. Every detail must be noted. Every bug must be isolated. Every mistake must be identified. And so on, and so forth...

Indeed, these game-testing tasks will surely "test" any game tester's limit!

Spider Man Web of Shadows

This video game titled "Spiderman: Web of Shadows" is scheduled to be released this October 21, 2008. According to Activision, the company which created and developed the game, this Spiderman gaming experience will be unparalleled. Every minute of gaming will be packed with excitement.

The game is not a mirror of the movie. Based on the comic series, the developers had a great freedom on manipulating the entire storyline. This is a great boon for them; especially after the lukewarm performance of the previous Spiderman game, entitled "Spiderman: Friend or Foe". This latest version might get a hot response from gamers.

Because the setting is in New York City, the gamers will also be exploring the city's every nook and crevices with Spiderman. The game's interesting plot started with the rude invasion of New York City by symbiotes. When the entire city is getting invaded, S.H.I.E.L.D. started quarantining the whole city. The idea is to try saving New York City while waiting for Spiderman.

Activision has not yet divulged all the characters but Luke Cage, Vulture, Kingpin, and S.H.I.E.L.D. are sure to join Spiderman on this detail-oriented video game. The developers had paid much attention to Spiderman's movement to make our hero look awesome as he performs his famous "swings". Spiderman's travels are breathtakingly smooth.

The gamers can choose which path Spiderman would choose to follow. They can also choose between the red suit and the black suit. The red suit has the power of speed and agility. The black suit allows Spiderman to perform darker acts. Spiderman's fighting techniques is customizable. In short, the gamer could decide when Spiderman should be good or bad. The red and black suits are interchangeable even while in the middle of a combat.

Spiderman: Web of Shadows is available to play on all gaming platforms: i.e. Xbox, PS2, PS3, DS, and others.
