How to Build Assets In Forex
57DAILY BANK
Since the average banks only pay you 3% a year on your account I feel we can pay ourselves a little better.
Start with a 5% interest per-day program, making only 40 pips per-day. You can start with as little as $350 on up… keep the account going for at lease 13 months. As this is your main focus i.e. Daily Bank. These figures are based on a daily average movement for the GBP/JYP. Since this currency moves an average of 200 to 300 pips range bound in a 12 hour period, we should be able to make a minimum of 40 pips on that currency per-day. (You can make that on just the retracement). It can retrace up to 100 pips in a session. The average spread on this currency is 7 pips. Transfer out any pips that are over the 40 pips per-day and place it into the expense account.
EXPENSE ACCOUNT
This account can be used to pay your weekly bills. This account will also have a daily minimum income base on 10 pips and should be traded on a 5% interest per-day as well. This account will be traded on the EUR/JYP. This currency moves an average of 150 to 200 pips range bound in a 12 hour period and with the right trade will bring a cool daily interest. The average spread on this currency is 3 to 4 pips (Any extra pips made will go to your investment account).
INVESTMENT / INSURANCE ACCOUNT
This account is very important. It can be traded at 5% also. The daily average pip is 10 this account will be traded on GBP/CHF at a 4 to 5 pip spread. This account will be used to invest in real-estate and other investments. (Lease a car in the company’s name)
NOTES:
The reason for building the DAILY BANK first… is to stay focus on the GOAL.
Build your own bank… not just a savings account… at the end of the 13th month…you will like what you see. Stick to a currency that has less fluctuation and more stability. At the end of the first month deduct 50% of the profits and place it in to you personal bank account (not trading account).
