How to Calorie Count EASILY

My How to Calorie Count EASILY Guide!

Only recently, have I began to look for the best explanations to the question of how to calorie count. I had spent years and years of my life avoiding this concept, because honestly, on the surface, doesn't it seem to be bulky and tiresome and annoying!

Well this couldn't be further from the truth. Not only does counting calories allow you to see how much you are eating, but it gives you INSTANT control over what your eating. For example, a double cheeseburger can LOOK REALLY GOOD on first glance... I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND that feeling!!! But if you take 10 seconds to review the nutritional information you may find that this sandwich has 500... maybe 600... or even 800 CALORIES!!!!

View 1: Double Cheeseburger = LOOKS GOOD!
View 2: 800 Calories = 2 DAYS OF HARD EXERCISE!
Whats the difference?
The DIFFERENCE is your awareness!
The difference is learning How To Calorie Count!.

Answering the question – how to calorie count – is actually simple. As with any other fitness or health goal you are wishing to achieve, calorie counting starts with a SYSTEM! It is vitally important that we develop a simple and easy system for doing counting calories so when we are eating we don't have to think about the “How's” and “Why's” of it... we can just do it. Personally, I took 15 minutes and designed a simple spreadsheet with days of the week across the top, and eating times (3 standard meals, 3 smaller snacks, every 3 hours of the day) down the left side. I used a new one of these papers (carried in a bag, or folder in my wallet or planner) each week as a place to record what I ate. Each meal I ate, I wrote down the calorie count in the box. By the end of the week, I would have day totals, week totals, and meal totals and it only took me about 10 seconds a meal.

“How to Calorie Count” Tips:
*** Eating out: check the calorie count of menu items on the internet BEFORE you go out.
*** Cooking: total up the ingredients of the food as you go, so you'll have an easy meal total.
*** Provide 2 or 3 blocks at the bottom of the chart for EXTRAS as we all cheat occasionally. Fill them in with a grey background so you only use them when you have to.
*** Use a calculator online to find your daily rest burn. Then you can see how many calories you naturally burn in a week (daily rest burn X 7), and how much you can eat a day to maintain weight. Always consider exercise as EXTRA.

Developing your personal system of how to calorie count can have immense effects on your health. This system can become the basis for your entire diet plan. In the weeks to come, I will build an instruction sheet for my spreadsheet and make it available for everyone. For now, Learn How To Calorie Count! Its easy, and it helps! If you are looking for a more complete healthy eating and fitness system that fits you, I highly recommend this new system immediately available for you! If you are looking for a system for just dieting, I highly recommend this new system immediately available for you!
