How to Cure a Yeast Infection.

1. Diagnose your ailment correctly.

First, you need to make sure that you do in fact have a yeast infection. Yeast infections(also known as Candidiasis or Thrush) are usually found in the mouth, throat, belly button, intestines, bladder and vagina.

Symptoms include: itching, burning, soreness, irritation of the vagina and/or vulva, and a white to gray discharge.

2. Go see a Doctor!

There are other serious ailments which can have similar symptoms . You should have an expert verify that you have a yeast infection.

3. Treatment.

Be careful about using antibodies. Sometimes these can kill your natural flora, and make the yeast infection worse. Your best bet is probably to get an anti-fungal drug from your doctor. These have a 90% cure rate.

Home redemies can sometimes be used to cure minor infections, but more seirous infections will require strong prescription drugs from a doctor.
