How to Dress?
This is a question that cannot be answered straight forward. It depends on several factors – Body type, height, colour of the skin, your own choice, how you feel comfortable, age, occasion etc. Weather you are going for a job interview, date or just staying at home. The right dress will always help. The most important things to be kept in mind while choosing a dress is that you need to feel comfortable in it. You can wear the most expensive cloths but if you don’t feel comfortable in it, that’s not how to dress.
Here are some of the basics on how to dress:
1. Good Fitting: Clothes must fit well. It doesn't matter how great a shirt is if it looks ill-fitting. Simple clothing that fits well is much better than fancier and expensive clothing that are ill-fitted. Good fitting also means that you are feeling good in the dress. Well fitted clothes can just change your looks and confidence.

2. Colour of Clothes: Colour of clothes to wear depends on several factors – your body complexion, your height, your lucky colour (if you believe in astrology), season. The best way to choose colour of a dress is to wear it and look at yourself in the mirror and ask – “Am I looking good in this colour? Am I feeling comfortable in this?”. Other things to keep in mind while choosing colour of clothes are:
a. Choose light coloured clothes in summer and dark coloured clothes in winter because light colours are bad conductors of heat and dark colours are good conductors of heat. Light coloured clothes will make you feel comfortable in summer and dark coloured clothes will make you feel comfortable in winter.
b. Certain colours may not look good on fair people while few colours may not look good on dark coloured clothes. The same applies with weight and height. Several clothe stores have experts who can help you choose colour of clothes. Take their help. Try the clothes before buying and see if it suits you and if you look and feel comfortable in it.
3. Cleanliness: The clothes you wear should always be clean and hygienic. All the underwear should be taken special care of and needs to be cleaned regularly. To check if the cloth is clean or dirty, look at them under bright light to see if there any spots or stains? If there are, rub the spot with stain remover and wash.
4. Wrinkle-Free: Yes, keep your dress wrinkle-free. Iron your dresses in time. This will make you and your clothes look good.
5. Grooming: A neat and good hairstyle and little make-up can only add to your looks. All the above 4 points are useless if have a poor hairstyle and dirty skin. Get a nice haircut, shampoo your hair, comb well. Similarly, keep your skin clean.
Wearing well-fitted, clean and ironed clothes will make you look good, feel good and comfortable and confident
