So What is the Secret......

The information that I am going to provide to you will be most useful in your everyday lives. Many people are so busy and consumed in their daily routines. People want to eat better and cheaper but they simply don't know how.

Below I will explain to you how to accomplish this. One must realize that the goal of Fast Food Restaurants is to deliver food quickly and conveniently. Meaning the idea of being healthy is scarified. Well my goal is to fix that.

Let's Begin.....

McDonalds: Always order from the Dollar Menu, it’s cheaper and you tend to get more for your money. The side salad and the snack wrap (grilled chicken) are the best options to get if you would like to eat healthy. If you want a complete healthy meal; order the 2 side salads and 1 grilled chicken snack wrap. Take the grilled chicken out of the wrap and slice up. Combine the 2 side salads into one and add in your sliced up grilled chicken breast. You will have spent around $3.00 instead of $5.00-6.00 for the same Salad meals. Also instead spending money on a drink, just ask for a cup of water. Water is excellent for weight loss and it’s completely free. Keep in mind you can apply this same concept at Burger King and Wendy's also.

Subway: Subway subs are very health however you must limit the extra condiments if you want to save calories and money. Subway has the $5.00 foot long subs which include the Veggie Delight, Ham, Turkey or Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. The secret is to order a foot long for 5 dollars but ONLY eat half at a time. Meaning you can eat half the foot long sub for lunch and maybe have the other half at dinner. Also available there are soups which are reasonable and healthy such as the Chicken Noodle and Broccoli and Cheese. Don't forget the free cup of water to complete the meal.

Pollo Tropical: For those you like island style food or eating rice, the Tropichop is for you. The Tropichop has three different styles with chicken, pork, or plain Vegetarian. The meal comes with either yellow rice and vegetables or black with rice or pinto beans with rice. Approximated cost is around $4.00. These meals are very quick, healthy and affordable. Ask for a free cup of water to make your meal complete.

KFC: Instead of reaching for an unhealthy snack, fly to the KFC drive thru for a nutritious side item such as the Corn on the Cob or Green Beans. Don't forget the cup of water to curb the appetite.

Chick-fil-A: This is the place to go for variety. I recommend ordering the individual side items such as the carrot and raisin salad, side salad, or the breast of chicken soup. Order two out of three choices and you will end up with an affordable and healthy meal.

Chipotle: Yes, believe it or not Chipotle makes the cut. The trick is getting a burrito or the bowl without the harmful additives. You can choose your meat selection with can be chicken, pork, steak, or no meat at all. The items to stay away from (harmful additives) are the sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. Order your burrito or bowl with rice and either pinto or black beans, with a meat selection, also you can add lettuce or salsa or even corn. Chipotle serves large portions of the burritos and bowls, so remember to only eat half at a time. So for around $6.50, you will have lunch and possibly dinner for later because of splitting your meal into 2 portions.

Panda Express: One of the newest joints to hit the fast food market. Chinese food on the go at its best. But we still want to keep your spending and eating habits at its best. Order the two entree plate. You can choose between white rice or chow mein. Do not order anything that is fried or has fried in the description, like fried rice. Then add mixed vegetables as one side and for the other side select either broccoli beef or mushroom chicken. These 2 choices are by far the healthiest alternatives. Add water for free and you are all set. Now remember every time you purchase a 2 entree plate you get a receipt, on the back of receipt is a survey. Complete the survey and then get the code from finishing the survey. So next time you order from Panda Express you will receive a free entree side of your choice with the purchase of a 2 entree plate. With spending only $6 dollars; you can quite possibly have two spectacular meals.

If the fast food restaurant of your choice isn't on here then chances are it isn't too healthy of an option. I hope you enjoyed these secrets. Now just try to keep track of how much you save and how well you will now eat. Bon Appetite!
