How to Export Gmail Address Book to Yahoo Mail
82If you are a Gmail user planning to export your address book to Yahoo mail, here are the steps:
- Log in to your Gmail account, and then at the left side of Gmail click the link for Contacts.
- In the lower-left corner of the Contacts page, click the link that says Export. Then choose whether to export all contacts or only one group.
- Also select vCard format.
- Click Export and save to disk.
- Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
After saving the file, you are ready now to export the file to your Yahoo Mail. So go to Yahoo Mail, and log-in.

- Go to the Contacts page of your Yahoo Mail. The link is located on the upper left corner, beside the link to Mail.
- When you are now in your contacts page, click the Import/Export link found on the upper right corner.
- Choose vCard to import contacts from.
- Browse the exported file of your Gmail address book, then click Import Now.
- You will see a message like "All 86 contacts successfully imported."

- Click Options found on the upper left corner of Yahoo page.
- Choose Mail Options.
- Click Contacts options on the left sidebar, and a new page appears.
- On the management column, click Import/Export.
- Choose vCard to import contacts from.
- Browse the exported file of your Gmail address book, then click Import Now.
- You will see a message like "All 86 contacts successfully imported."
