It seems you must learn to make websites for eBay Partner Network

If you're trying to make money online using the eBay Partner Network (EPN) you'll soon find out that EPN is leaning in the direction of havin their affiliates make their own websites and link to eBay directly from these domain names under thier ownership and control. For many HubPage contributors this will probably mean no more capsules (based on my read of the situation) and you'll have to learn how to make your own website.

Learning to make your own Wordpress websites for EPN isn't hard once you learn it once

Personally, I have been making my own websites which link directly into eBay for many months now. Please - Don't panic. The process of learning how to make an website that links into eBay really is not very difficult once you get the steps down. On YouTube and here on HubPages I'm putting up a how-to course complete with explainations and vidoes.

You will have to buy your own web hosting account - I use BlueHost.com

First of all you'll need to get your own hosting account. Personally, I use BlueHost.com. They claim your sites will be up 99.9% of the time and this has proven true. Also, I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to talk to one of their sales or support staff. So, if you buy a discount web hosting package (I pay $6.95/month) through my affiliate link here not only will I smile, I'll cherish your patronage and try my hardest to answer any questions that you might have!

Follow these steps to extract and activate the plugins in your Wordpress website

Oh, so let's go with this lesson. In the previous hub you learned how to upload, or FTP, your Wordpress plugins to your hosting account using Filezilla, which you downloaded for fr*eee. Now, open up your hosting accoun's control panel (cPanel in Internet speak!). Click on public HTML then click on the name of the domain on which you want to develop your new eBay Partner website. Now, click on Wordpress content then click on Plugins. Scroll your mouse over one of the brown (at least it's brown on BlueHost) boxes of one of your plugins. Right click your mouse then click extract. Repeat this process for all of your plugins.

Now, go over to your website and log into your control panel. Click on plugins. At the top of the screen tick the plugins box then under Bulk Actions select Activate All. There - you're done. Your plugins should be activated. One last step. Go over to Wordpress.com (Wordpress' fr*eee blogging platform similar to Blogger.com). Sign up. Now enter: Wordpress.com/profile. Scroll down and you'll see an ASKIMET key. Copy that and paste it into the top of your Wordpress plugins screen. You'll see that I show you all of these steps in the Wordpress video tutorial below.
