Pheh! How Does this Thing Work?

So! You've been gifted a sample of the Platypus Flosser by your orthodontist or you've purchased a bag at a store or on our website www.platypusco.com, and now you're thinking: how do these babies work? We created this hub explaining how to us our nifty flosser as a quick reference for you! Read on!

Step 1

Insert spatula end of the flosser under your wire and press against teeth - the goal here is to pull the floss taut so that it holds tension as you proceed to the next step.

Step 2

With the spatula against your teeth, bringing the floss taut, slide floss between your teeth - in other words: floss!  The Platypus' patent pending design allows you to get right up into the gumline, so don't be shy!

Step 3

In the difficult to reach areas, it is key to maintain pressure against your teeth while flossing - the Platypus will reach every space between every tooth, and it sure beats trying to thread back there by those molars!  Sheesh!

Step 4

The bracket brush cleans around your brace brackets - it's important to get those hard to reach surfaces around the those guys!  With the bracket brush end, you can remove food particles that you can't reach just by brushing.

What?? Done already?

That's all there is to it! You can easily floss your whole mouth twice using the Platypus Flosser in the time it takes you to read this hub! Share your experiences in the comment section below, don't forget to check out our main hub, and happy flossing!
