Exercise ball crunches

1. Sit on a Swiss ball and put your hands behind your ears.

2. Walk your legs out and rest your upper body keeping balance on the ball.

3. Widen your legs to have a good support.

4. Contracting your abdominal muscles, raise your shoulders in a slow pace. Be careful not to put any strain on the neck.

5. Feel the abs, thighs and butts do their work. Hold.

6. Repeat for a full set and rest 30 seconds before sets.

The Bicycle Maneuver

1. Lie on the floor; make sure your lower back is pressed on the ground.

2. Take your hands behind your head without grabbing your neck. Bring up your knees at a 45 degree angle.

3. Start doing a bicycle pedalling motion. Touch your elbow with the opposite knee (right elbow with left knee and so on, alternating)

4. Breathe relaxed and evenly throughout the whole exercise.

I agree,because it was introduced as a great cardio workout which burns a lot of fat while toning muscles,Exercise is the best way of shaving weight.

But why is it so difficult for most people to get a six pack?
