How to get rid of Gout - Gout Diets and remedies!
My father is a sufferer of Gout and through him I've developed a empathy for people that suffer this condition. This is why I made this article on how to get rid of gout effectively.
Gout is cause by uric acid builds up in joints and crytalises causing you to experience excruciating pain ,swelling and extreme stiffness which can prolong for days and can cause you to be immobile in some cases especially when it is occurs in the ankles.
The question most people ask is - "Is there a cure for gout" or "How to get rid of gout", well unfortunately there isn't one , however, there is ways to control your gout using completely safe and natural remedies by using products in your own kitchen.
Pills and Drugs like ibuprofen or naproxen can give gout pain relief but some of these drugs can cause greater long term damage. Some people used quick-fix methods like using cold packs and hot water bottles wrapped around their ankles to reduce the swelling and traction to the joints but these only give you temporary gout paint relief and dont give you long term solutions on how to get rid of gout!
