How to Get Rid of Man Boobs Quick

recite this oft repeated refrain, there is good news for you. Man
boobs, or more colloquially known as moobs, have rhyme and reason to
them and, consequently, can be remedied.
Man Boobs Explained
Man boobs are fatty tissues stored over your pectoral muscles, hence,
the appearance of larger than normal breasts where a man is concerned.
There are two basic reasons for this condition.
First, you are overweight. You might want the fat to be stored in other
less conspicuous places, say, your buttocks, but the fact of the matter
is that we cannot dictate exactly where the body stores its excess
fats. Second, you have a medical condition called gynecomastia. Your
body produces more estrogen (the female hormone) than it does
testosterone (the male hormone), which usually happens with certain
home-altering medications and with testicular tumor.
So, you don't have to blame yourself for having man boobs. Instead,
you can adopt measure to say goodbye to having them on your body and in
your life.
How to Lose Man Boobs
Fortunately, there are two ways that for getting rid of man boobs.
Obviously, you must seek medical advice in both ways. First, you must
engage in cardiovascular and strength training exercises in addition to
eating a proper diet. The main goal is to lose weight and, hence, to
lose those breast fats.
With cardio exercises to get rid of man boobs, you burn the calories necessary to make you lose
weight fast. The following exercises are highly recommended for this
purpose:
- Doing interval training to jumpstart your metabolism
- Running or jogging to remove fats and increase your heart rate
- Rowing to sculpt your upper chest muscles
- Exercising on the elliptical machine for a total body workout
- Playing sports to have fun while saying goodbye to man boobs, possibly forever
On the other hand, strength training develops the chest muscles such
that once the fat does come off, your chest will become more appealing.
The following exercises ought to be incorporated into your routine to reduce man boobs:
- Bench press (4 sets with 8-12 reps)
- Push-ups (4 sets or as many as you can)
- Seated chest press
- Incline flyes
- Cable crossovers
As much as possible, alternate these activities so that you will not feel bored. And remember to watch what you eat!
Second, you can choose to undergo elective surgery to have your man
boobs removed especially if your have gynecomastia. Under surgery,
there are two types of procedures - one, liposuction where your
breast fat is removed but the breast gland tissue itself remains; and,
two, mastectomy where the breast gland tissue is removed.
Of course, your doctor will determine which type is suitable to your
condition, not to mention your budget. It should be noted that,
contrary to layman's conception, mastectomy in men is less invasive
than liposuction and, hence requires lesser recovery time.
Indeed, man boobs can be remedied with the proper diet and exercise to
lose weight and to perk up chest muscles. If that does not work for
whatever reason, there is always surgery to consider. And last but not
least, don't wear a woman's bra - there's a man's jock strap
for that purpose!
