It took me 400 situps a day from the time I was 14 years old until I was 16. Plus massive amounts of bicycles, crunches, and leg lifts. Perhaps there is no substitute for hard work.
I agree with Gold. Hard work is the ONLY ANSWER. Anyone selling an abs system offering a six pack in 4 weeks should be kicked off the net. There is no one book does all. Even if you BF was at 12-13% before you start you would still need more than for weeks to get it to 10% and prob abob 8 weeks to get it to 8% and thats when your abs start to look like rock. Every one is different and as Gold say hard work and experiment with your food, good rule of thumb is eat clean, if you have a choice between white or brown take brown ( unless its meet then take white lol)
Interesting read and comments...thanks all!
I agree,But my advice is to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes
Also, in order to lose at least a pound, you have to exercise daily over the course of a week.
But why is it so difficult for most people to get a six pack?

its true, even the little things like cutting out sugery drinks .... it took me no longer to get a hot sexy six pack in 5weeks... and believe me , its worth it. but you cant stpp thr, you have to carry on working at it... hope you guys get that six pack to. ;-)
To be fair the program the author is talking about does not claim results in 4 weeks.
I would say it all depends on where you are starting but anything is possible with hard work and determination! Thanks
