I would suggest contacting the blogger. If you know them, they may do it. Offer to send out a promotional copy, would make it easier for the blogger to review it.
It may be wise to do promote in forums which are related to your books interest.
Business is one of my interests and I do like to read. Contact me and I might be interested in reviewing it in my blog and else where.

Promoting the book in forums is a great idea. I don't use forums enough myself so I never think of that tip when I'm trying to figure out marketing online but it's always a good idea.
