Every business owner's goal is to make money by selling their products and services. However, making money is not always the case, you also have to spend money when you're making your products. Example of this is on your product packaging. You see, product packaging is very important making your products more appealing to your customers.

1. Ask product packaging quotes from at least 3 companies

Before settling for a company to do your product packaging, it is important that you survey other companies first to compare prices. Some companies might charge you either lesser or higher. This could mean a difference between $12.00 to $30.00 per package. This may seem little but if you're producing hundreds to thousands products, then this could mean a huge difference. Also, always keep in mind never to settle for the first price offered.

2. Look for dealer programs

Some companies are very eager in looking for new customers that they often result to offering dealer savings programs. These companies often offers 10% to 15% off when you first sign up for their service. This could help you to save a lot especially if you have thousands of products to be packaged.

3. Always ask for a bulk discount

Like what I've said on the first tip, never settle for the first price quoted. Always ask if they can offer you some bulk discount. According to some marketers I know, some companies give additional discounts, but they only give it if the customer specifically asked for it. So before settling for a company to do your product packaging, it's a must that you ask for discounts first.
