Here are some facts may not have known about toothpaste, mouthwash and breath mints:

Facts 1 - Breath mints

Most breath mints are loaded with commercial sugar and only MASK bad breath. Sugar inhibits tooth decay and dental caries is a major cause of bad breath.

Fact 2 - toothpaste

No soap in toothpaste. Yes, SOAP! It is known chemically as sodium sulfate (check your shampoo bottle and see who appears at the top of ingredients.) Soap as everyone knows is very drying and was put in place because of that until the foam. Toothpaste large companies believe they are stupid and do not brush your teeth unless you see FOAM! It has no other use.

We must first find out what is causing the bad breath and fight it to the root cause. There are many reasons. Diet, dental hygiene, stomach acid, etc., can lead to chronic bad breath

Here are a few things you can do right now to get rid of bad breath:

Drink water - Water helps the body hydrated and balanced. Moisturize your lips drink water and chew chewing gum with sugar. And of course, do watch your teeth regularly with your dentist, especially when you see bleeding when brushing teeth. Note that the lack of saliva can also be the cause of badbreath. So to avoid a dry throat.

Eat Avocado - Avocado will kill bacteria in the stomach to rot in bad breath.

Use dental floss after every meal - Using dental floss gets rid of food particles that get caught between your teeth and are difficult to brush. These food particles are a playground for bacteria that cause bad breath.

Homeopathy and essential oils can be a solution to fight against bad breat. For example, a mouthwash: 1 drop essential oil of mint pepper in warm water. Rinse your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes

Bad breath can definitely get in between people in a negative way and therefore it is important to determine if you have chronic bad breath so you can feel comfortable with all those.
