Hot sauce, if desired

Directions for grilled, baked or roasted oysters

Place oysters on a hot grill. Cook for five minutes, until the oyster shells open.

Remove from the grill, pry open and carefully remove the top shell, being careful not to spill the juices.

Spoon a small amount of the butter mixture over each of the roasted or grilled oysters. Return to the grill and cook for an additional five minutes.
