How to Jump Higher for Basketball

If you play basketball you would be a better player if you could jump higher. Every basketball player wants to jump the highest possible so they can get more rebounds, dunk more balls and block more shots. It may come as a surprise to you but jumping higher doesn't have to take a long time. You can start to increase your vert with the right plyometric exercises in as little as 1 week. How you would you like to be touching 3 or 4 inches higher in one month? That would make dunking very easy for most basketball players. That's only after 1 month, in 2 months you could very well have 8 inches on your vert. Who couldn't dunk with an extra 8 inches on their hops?

The key is that you have to train your muscles properly to be able have those kind of gains.  The jump manual is a workout program that is tried and true.  You will get results with this program and everyone will think you are a "natural jumper" after seeing you jump so high.

Impossible fantasy? That shows someone that hasn't trained properly... I suppose it's impossible that someone 5'8" just won the NBA slam dunk competition also.  Time to start thinking positively goldentoad, negative thoughts will get you nowhere.
