For those of you that use SharePoint, I cannot express enough how useful this platform is and can be for you and your organization. I have been using SharePoint for almost six months now and most of my experiences have been positive. The expandability and integration with the Office Suite is incredible. Touching on all aspects of the Information Worker's tasks from collaboration and document management to forms and enterprise search. Okay, enough of the SharePoint rah rah and I will get to the point of this hub.

The following will provide a quick reference on how to create a link to a Meeting Workspace for easy access. This will allow you to access an existing SharePoint meeting workspace from your Outlook (2007) client's calendar without having to open the appointment:

Right-click the meeting item in your calendar -> Click View Meeting Workspace

The meeting workspace associated with your selected meeting will now open in your browser.

Voila, no more need to open and confirm meeting status, etc in both Outlook and SharePoint. You now have a one-stop access point for managing your appointments.
