The first thing that you should know about willpower is that the more penetration in the way of your willpower, the harder it will fight you. So you must remove all temptations from your home. That means emptying your fridge and cupboards of all the foods that you cannot eat. Then you can go to your weekly shop and buy only the foods that you can eat. Another important tip here is never to go shopping while you are hungry. This will place a huge burden on your willpower.
How to loose weight quick... exercise
One of the best ways of losing weight quickly is cardiovascular exercise. It's very important that you do something that burns calories quickly, this is cardio. It's important that you choose a cardiovascular exercise that you like. That could be a spinning bike session, it could be brisk walking or jogging, it could be swimming. So if you love an exercise, it's going to be a lot easier to motivate yourself to begin.
How to lose weight... fasting
I would not recommend fasting to anyone. This is because you are basically training your body into starvation. Your body reacts adversely to starvation. In effect what you are doing is to train your body into storing fat. Your body thinks that there is a shortage of food, it switches into self-preservation mode and starts to store the calories as fat. The best way is the normal healthy balanced diet.

Look, losing weight is always difficult. But keeping the weight off shouldn't be too difficult. You must have willpower in avoiding high-calorie foods. I'm not saying don't eat them, you just have to eat them in moderation. But for the most part your diet should consist of whole foods. Whole foods are anything that grows naturally, or anything that hasn't been altered by any kind of processing. This is going to be your key to a healthy body, healthy mind, and sustained weight levels.
