1. Do not eat late at night. I know it is hard. I am that type of person that loves to eat snack at night. Sometimes it just happens that way – for instance when I finish late at work I eat diner late. The problem with the late eating is that in general we don’t have too much activity at night. We either watch TV or go straight to bad. Since we spend no energy the excess sugar results to fat that is stored under our skin – so called love handles
2. To get rid of love handles for good you should also forget about junk food. By junk food I mean candies, different cookies and chips. The reason why is because they all have high saturated fats. The result is fat in our body and inevitably love handles. You can try to get rid of that junk food in your place – not having it around you will help you big way to lose fat.

that your fridge looks like mine used to look a few months ago – full of canned
goods, processed and refined foods. I know that they come handy when we are in
a hurry. I also know that by changing our eating patterns if we begin to
prepare our food we will be cleaning our diet and making ourselves to avoid

you need to exercise. Period. My physical activities include walking and riding
bike. When weather permits I also play tennis or basketball. It really doesn’t
matter what you really do as long as you are active. Over time you need to
increase the time of performing these activities for at least 30 minutes a
day. And all this is in addition to
eating less and more healthier food.
However there is no substitute to working out with weights – at least two to
three times a week with around 45 minute session and do your cardio at least
three times a week in 30 minute session. Or you can do cardio on one day and
two days – weights.
Losing the love handles is not as hard as it seems to be but it requires a will and persistence. As the old saying goes – quitters never win.
