How to Lose Weight Using GM Diet Program

GM Diet (General Motors Diet)

The General Motors diet, shortly called the GM diet is one of the most genuine ways to lose weight. It was first introduced by General Motors to its employees and since then has gained wide acceptance by people worldwide. The GM diet is a 7 day diet program which does not require the person to starve as is required in most of the other diet programs. The person undertaking the GM diet program, on the other hand is encouraged to eat as much as he wants - but just inside the list of foods that he is advised to consume on any particular day of the 7 day period. 

Here are the foods that one is supposed to consume on each of the seven days. 


Seven Day GM Diet Regime

Day 1

Day 1 of GM diet is 'fruits day'. You may consume all the fruits in the world as much as you need- except bananas. For best results, try restricting your consumption to merely melons. Watermelons and loupe work wonders for the regime.

Day 2

Day 2 of GM diet is 'vegetables day'. Start your day with two boiled potatoes. You may eat as much of vegetables as you want through the day - both raw and cooked is fine. 

Day 3

It is a mixture of fruits and vegetables on the third day of the General Motors diet. Strictly avoid potatoes and bananas on this day. You may eat any other fruits and vegetables on this day. 

Day 4

Only three things are to be consumed today - bananas, milk and GM wonder soup. Prepare the soup by mixing onions, green pepper, whole tomatoes, celery, cabbage, lipton onion, herbs and flavoring with water. Have as many as eight bananas through the day and three glasses of milk. Have the soup in limited quantity through the day. 

Day 5

Go non-vegetarian on day 5. Enjoy lean beef and tomatoes through the day. Increase your consumption of water for the day.

Day 6

Eat unlimited quantities of beef today along with unlimited quantities of vegetables (raw as well as cooked).

Day 7

For the first time in seven days, you can consume rice. Eat a lot of brown rice, and vegetables. Consume a lot of fruit juices for the day. 

Please note you can consume as much water through the seven days of the program. Embrace yourself for a slimmer you in seven days!
