My bet is that 9 out of 10 women want to lose some weight. However, only 1 out of 10 is willing to work out to make it happen. Losing weight without exercising is not a good strategy I know that but sometimes we are just tired or stressed or tired to go to the gym. If this is the case – don’t despair you can still lose weight but you have to be careful what you eat and when.
The very first thing you need to do is something very simple – take a daily multivitamin. To make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals that you need work with your doctor. Tell him what your plans are. You will need to cut the daily calorie intake in order to lose weight without a workout but you will also have to insure that you are getting all the vital nutrients.
The next thing you need to do is to replace breakfast with a nutritious protein or meal replacement shake. This way you will be getting enough calories to go through the day without adding carbohydrates that are found in most cereals and other morning meals.
Make sure you eat carbohydrates before 1 pm. As we all know carbohydrates are the ones that give us energy. At the same time they are one of the easiest things our body turns in fat. Not eating carbohydrates after lunch ensures that your body will have enough time to burn up the carbohydrates you are early in the day.
Avoid sugar at all cost. Period. If you have to sweeten something use sucralose-based sweetener instead of sugar. Why is that needed? Because when you are not working out your body automatically stores glucose and turns it into fat.
Eat less. In other words cut your portions in half. If you want to lose weigh without working out you have to give up half of the calories that you are consuming right now. Forget about bread, sugar and cola. Instead try to eat more high protein foods like fruits and vegetables, chicken and lean red meat.
