The survey invitations will be emailed to you and all you have to do is either click on the link in the email or copy and paste the link into a new browser. At the beginning of every survey they will ask you screener questions that will either qualify or disqualify you from taking the survey. If you are disqualified you will usually not receive anything; however, some sites will you a sweepstakes entry or some points for attempting the survey.

It is important that when you sign up for a survey company that you complete all of the profiles; even though they are very tedious to complete. These profiles will match you will surveys that you are most likely to qualify for; also some survey companies offer incentives for completing the profiles.

Opinion Outpost

Opinion outpost is a great survey site. You will be sent invitations daily, and all surveys are worth at least $1. In the survey invitation they will tell you that a survey is worth X amount of points and it will take approximately X minutes to complete. Ten points equals $1; so if you receive a survey invitation stating that you will earn 17 points for completing the survey, you will be earning $1.70. You can cash out your money once you have made $5. You can either choose to receive a check in the mail (takes about two weeks to receive) or you can opt for an amazon gift card, which you will receive immediately online.

GTM works on a points system. In the email invitation, they will tell you how many points you will be receiving for each survey. Only one account is allowed per household. They generally send you a couple of surveys a week. You need to have 1,000 points to cash out, which translates into $50.
