How to Make Mango Smoothie:

Ingredients :

- 3 large ripe mangoes, chopped

- 3 cups milk, chilled

- 6 tablespoons yogurt, chilled

- 8 tablespoons sugar

- 10-12 ice cubes, crushed

- 1 medium ripe mango, 1 cm cubes

METHOD :

1. Keep the chopped mangoes in the freezer for some time.

2. Blend chilled mangoes, milk, yogurt, sugar and crushed ice cubes together in a blender.

3. Carefully pour the mixture into individual glasses.

4. Serve chilled decorated with mango cubes.

Yield: 300 ml per portion
