Long distance relationship is the hardest kind of relationship to maintain, even harder than marriage, when you are married there is a security because you live under the same roof have a history together and have passed all the hard stages of the first encounter and the first fights.
When you have a long distance relationship with someone, like when this person lives in another city, state, country or even continent, it must be really hard to keep on going with the relationship without trust and communication.
These two are the most important things to have in a long distance relationship, I'm deeply involved with stories that didn't work out well because of lack of trust, that's what you have to control when you are on a long distance relationship, another tip is to not get too attached to that person, because once you do it, you get paranoid and begin to see things where there isn't anything, the jealousy will take control on the relationship and it will ruin it.
