How to Make a Chocolate Cake without Eggs
Do you like Chocolate Cake? Are you allergic to egg? Or do you just not have eggs in your pantry and you cannot be bothered going out and getting some? Do you want cake NOW! Then follow my quick and easy recipe that tastes Delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
1½ cups of sifted flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ cup of cold water
1 cup of Milk
PREPARATION
Preheat Oven to 190°C (350°F).
Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except the vinegar and beat until smooth.
Fold the vinegar into the mixture.
Pour into a lined baking pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
Allow to cool thoroughly before frosting the cake and serve as desired.
Note: You can also add fruit, nuts, etc. to the batter before baking. Get creative and explore different chocolaty taste sensations!
