Search Engines are sites such as Google, MSN, or Yahoo that provide the infrastructure of the world wide web.  To make an otherwise sluggish internet more vibrant with visitors and surfers, it is best to research SEO or Search Engine Optimization.  SEO is a marketing tactic that has a goal of getting your marketing, blog or internet site to the top searches of the big three search engines.  Research has shown that rarely do internet users look to the right of the search engine for information.  The right of the search engines is where you will find the Pay Per Click, PPC websites.  In SEO, the marketer wants to be in the top searches on the main search engine first pages.  Bloggers or marketers accomplish this highly productive logistic movement to the top of the search engines through Search Engine  Optimization.

Here are some steps on what you can do to maximize your SEO.

Provide clear pathways to your online address or URL.  Just as you want an easy search on the web, so do the search engine "spiders" that crawl looking for keywords to give you more bang for your bucks.  Your website needs to be easy to navigate.

Provide user friendly site  maps through your site to guide your visitors.  The internet user should not have to look for the back button above the page browser to leave on to get out.  You want to have all of the tools needed easily mapped out so the visitor will feel comfortable and will then be most likely to stay and purchase or to read your blog.

When searching for the many companies on line that can help you with SEO make sure that these companies will place your website or blogger's site within the first 20 entries of the appropriate search engines. Increase your efforts to have your key phrases or keywords within the top twenty of the search engine.  You may have to increase your content to attain this particular step.

Unless you are a home builder or a Realtor do not describe your business on the home page.  Every page of your site should have your unique title and description based upon the content of your blog, article, or advertisement.

Keep the title tags under 128 characters and reserve verbiage branding toward the end of your webpage.  Title tags should provide relevance to your written content or video content to the searches they find on the search engines.

Optimize key words making sure you capture your site internal search results to better understand the content navigational needs of the intended audience. The keywords are are leading to success should be isolated on entered in a pay per click (PPC) environment.  These PPC should direct the audience from the search engine directly to the landing page identified in your internal search success.

Localize your website to increase search engine optimization.  Localizing your website means that you want to place detailed sales contact on your page. Seven per cent of searches include references to location.
