Wear Outer Wear Designed to Block the Sun

You protect your skin from the sun by using a outer wear designed to block the skin from the sun as well as lotions with high SPF factors.  When you are walking in the sun, always wear a wide brim cap to protect your face from the sun.  A hat with a bib will do find although the wider brim hat is much better because it protects more of your face instead of  just the upper part of your face.   Sun visors can also be used to protect you from the sun although the hatwear is not worn as often and is seen mostly on the golf course.  But what is good for the golfers can be good for everyday people.  The brim of the sun visor protects your face from the sun. Always as a rule of thumb wear sunglasses to protect yourself from the Sun also.

Lotions with high SPF factors supplies the protectorate needed to keep you protected from the sun.  You should also opt for long sleeves.  There is a debate about whether to wear long sleeves or short sleeves when it comes to protecting yourself from the sun.  The best protection is long sleeves because the fabric serves as the protectorate.  The lighter color is better worn on very warm days to protect your skin from the sun.  If you opt to wear short sleeves because you may think that no fabric on your arms is cooler, rethink what is happening.  You are exposing your arms to harsh sun rays directly.  Your arms needs protection from the sun as your face and the long sleeves serves as the optimal cover to protect your skin from the sun.

The hottest part of the day is midday when the sun is  casting its rays in a way that heats up the earth faster.  Choose these times to not venture outside in hot weather with direct sunlight being cast.  If you exercise outside, it is best if you exercise in the mornings or early evenings when the earth has begun its early rotation or in the evening when the earth is ending its rotation.  If you exercise during the hottest part of the day, which is midday, you will be exposing yourself to an added workout because of the direct sunlight.  You will not only be fighting your way to end your workout sessions, you will also be fighting against the hot rays of the sun.  Since, you can not do anything about the direct sunrays of the sun but you can adjust the times of your exercise routine, choose to exercise when the sun is not so hot overhead.

You can protect your skin in three ways.  Always wear the proper head gear to keep the sun rays from glaring directly on your head.  Choose lotions with a high SPF level to protect your exposed skin from the glaring sun.  Choose to adjust your exercise routine to times when the sun is not at its hottest, which is midday.
