By using BitTorrent, you can easily download and upload most of the things like software, music, movie, picture, books etc. But before downloading anything you must have to search which torrent file is the best one and you can download it without any tension. Step 1:

Open your web browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome etc.) and type one of the best BitTorrent file provider's address to the address bar. For example, I like Mininova. So, I type www.mininova.com in my browser's address bar.

Step 2:

When the page of mininova will be appeared in your browser, you will see a search box for torrent searching over the mininova site. Now, write down the name of your desired item to download and select the category of the torrent and finally click on "Search" button or simply hit your keyboard's "Enter" key. For example, you want to search Windows 7 BitTorrent file. So, do the following things one by one:

1. Type "windows 7" in the mininova search box.
2. Select the catagory. As it's a softwaer, I select that.
3. Finally, click on "Search" button.

Step 3:

This is the most tricky step. Here, you have to decide yourself which one will be the best one. After the previous steps, mininova will show you a collection of BitTorrent fiels which are arranged into rows. The torrent files are arraged according to the latest date. Look that the torrent file has several fields like added, name, size, seeds etc. All of them are disscussed below:

• Added: It means when the torrent file is added to mininova. Always try to analyzed form the latest torrent file. See the latest file is updated on 16 May 09. And then 15 May 09.. in this way the torrents are arranged. Actually, date is not a vital factor to serarch the best torrent file.
  
• Name: In the name field, you will see the name of the torrent file. Moreove, other infomation may be provided. For example, comments of that torrent file, the download speed of that torrent file, whether the file is tracked by any private source etc. Always, try to select file which name matches the best, which has high speed reliability adn which has much comments.
  
• Size: It's an important factor to find the best torrent. Look the first row torrent file size is 10.24MB. Windows 7 is an operating system. It never be 10MB. So, don't download that. Now, look the secon and third one. It's reasonable size to select. Again, the 4th one doesn't match. But the 5th, 6th and 7th has the resonable size. So, sort out yourself the resonable size.
  
• Seeds: After finding the reasonable file size, it's time to look at "Seeds". Seeds ensure how the availability of the torrent file. The more seed the better the reliability and availablity of that torrent file. Always try to find those torrent files which has higher seeds.
  
• Leechers: A leecher is a client that is currently downloading the data of a torrent. A leecher does not have the complete file, otherwise it would be called a seed. Try to compare yourself the ratio of seeds and leechers. For a particular torrent file, if the leechers no is huge than to no of seeds, avoid those torrent. 

I think, you understand all the above points. Now come to the point that we are searching the best torrent file for "Windows 7". See that we primarily select the torrent lists 1,2, 3 and 4.The size of those torrent is quite similar i.e. above 3 GB. Look 4th on has 0 seeds an 0 leechers. So, don't need to consider 4th one. Now we have to choose among 1, 2 and 3. Again look the 3rd one. It's seed is 0. If any torrent file has no seed, can you download it? Certainly not. So, don't need to consider the 3rd torrent file. Now there are 2 torrents and they are marked as 1 and 2. Look both 1 and 2 has many seeds and many peers. But the first one has 83 comments and the second one has 3 comments. So, open the 1st one and read the comments. If the comments are positive then select this one. Otherwise select the second one. Let, we open the first one and find its good and the comments are positive. So, we can select this torrent file and click on that torrent file.

Step 4:

After finishing the above steps, you will get the page to download BitTorrent file. Click on Download this torrent link. Very soon a file with .torrent extension will be downloaded in your computer. Save it in your computer.

By following the above steps you can easily search and download the best BitTorrent file.
