To lose weight for the long term, you are going to need inspiration not from a bottle or commercially advertised weight loss plan but from a mentor as in the case of Monique. You are your greatest mentor and that will never change. Determination to win in a weight loss challenge or on any endeavor can come only from you.
The greatest motivator, again comes from that person who you see in the mirror everyday.
