When your boyfriend or girlfriend breaks up with you, it feels like the end of the world. You don't want to go to school, to work, you don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. You want to know why - you NEED to know why. The worst thing you can do is to keep texting (or calling)  your ex. All this will do is push them away further, and part of you knows it. When you want to know how to win an ex  back, here is some advice:

• Break off ALL contact. (it's not impossible, but it will be hard.) Why? This will give your ex time to think about what they love about you, and give them time to remember the good times. If you keep asking him 'why', or getting friends to ask him, all of his thoughts are still going to be on breaking up.
• Give yourself a new look. Try a new hairstyle, buy a new outfit or two, etc. Not only will this make your ex take a second look at you, it will boost your self-esteem, and you really need that boost right now.
• Find a new hobby, to take your mind off of your ex for a while. Take this time so that BOTH of you can step back and think clearly. Not being overwhelmed by hurt can really put things into perspective for both of you. Your ex may very well realize they made a mistake, and beg you to come back.
• When you DO get back together, take it slow. Don't rush to have the same relationship you did before, it's not going to be the same. This time, it will be different. Your relationship will be stronger. You have come through this with flying colors, all because you didn't hound your ex.
