When a customer is impressed by the service they will give you good feedback and participate in more of your auctions in the future. If you’re thinking about a living in eBay, then you should start running it as a business. If you owned a brick and mortar business, you would be helpful and respectfully treat and satisfy your customers waiting at your counter and make sure that they come back and you should do just the same at the close of your eBay auction.
You should contact and congratulate the winner and tell them particulars of the item and the shipping details. You should accept to issue refunds and do it promptly, considering the item. Refund the amount after the buyer returns the item, at your expense of course. It is just considered good business to refund without delay as soon as you have received the item.
